ABOUT JIM HARRIS

Jim Harris has over twenty years of clinical experience with patientsBy the mid 1990s he had lectured extensively in the USA, Canada and Europe, primarily for the University of Miami and two internationally recognized implant device manufacturers.  He accepted  the position of surgical and prosthetic training manager for a medical device company in Southern California.  As training manager, he taught practicing dentists the surgical and prosthetic techniques for utilizing various dental implant devices.  During his tenure as Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University,  Jim Harris taught in the Graduate Dental Implant Residency Program and was an attending surgeon with resident doctors in the operating room.

Jim Harris presently practices as a Naturopath and Nutritional Consultant in Palm Springs California. Jim Harris is a licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery in Ontario, Canada. He does not practice as a licensed health care practitioner in the State of California.

  • Jim Harris did his Ph.D. studies in human anatomy at Loma Linda University and performed his Post Doctoral Research Fellowship with the Neurosurgery Center for Research, School of Medicine, Loma Linda University, Loma Linda, California.
  • Jim graduated from the American Naturopathic Medical Institute in Plano, Texas, an affiliate of Breyer State University.
  • Post Doctoral studies in dental implantology were completed at the Misch Implant Institute,

    School of Dentistry, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

  • A Post Doctoral  Implant dentistry residency program was completed with the Department of Oral Surgery,

    School of Medicine, University of Miami, Miami, Florida.
